WHAT ARE NORMAL TEMPS FOR R9 3950x

I bought a r9 3950x for my new build to combo with a 3090 if i even get one but yeah the cpu gets about 29 very rare to 38 temp sometimes when idle now its a little like 38-44 but it was a normal change i guess but is it ok for it to be 40c idle i dont know much about what temp everything should be lmk if its normal the ryzen master stress test got it up to 63 pretty good and what temp should i be worried im using the new corsair capalex 3fan aio with the pre applied paste  at the balanced settings

63c is really good for a 3950x in a stress test. So nothing to worry about.

Thermal max is 95C

In general, there's no such thing as a "normal" temp. It depends on your case, cooling solution(s), and ambient temps.

 

There's a range of safe operating temperature. For Ryzen, you basically just want to stay under 95C. After that, it's just a balance of temps vs noise from your cooling (fans, etc.).
