I assume it's capped at 1.8*1043 FPS for everybody, right? :D

 

Not really correct as light will always and is always travelling at C.... so in theory you could not "measure" in any frame the speed of light as its always going at C it never accelerates to C its just always at that speed.

I was thinking that's how many Planck lengths light can travel in one second, thus making it the cap.
