is this build decent? Im planning on getting some RGB corsair fans down the line. And for all you AMD lovers, I don't want to have to worry about having to update the motherboards bios before hand. So that is why i'm going i7 11700k and not 5600x.

Drop the 11700k to a non k since the mobo doesn't support OCing, or up the board to a z590

get a better cooler if you up it to a z590

Consider changing the PSU to an Enermax Revolution DF, Corsair RM, or MSI AGF

I love your build though i would change the core to an Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor

Just no.

The 9900K is slower, older, and a bad value.

Are you seriously recommending he buy an 10100 with integrated graphics on a build for a 1500 dollar budget?

Big nerd.

9900K? Terrible value. CPU is 3 years old and there are much better value options.

H100I? The Arctic Freezer II 360/280 is better, cheaper, and performs better.

$230 for 2x16 3200MHZ RAM? They can be found for $40 cheaper.

NO SSD? Unless OP wants to go insane this is a terrible idea.

The H510? It’s terrible. No airflow and not good value wise.
RM is a bit overpriced, good PSU tho.

@BLT_SharpiesI would recommend that you don’t get this list.

geometry is hard

Many motherboards include a capability that allows bios updating without a cpu installed.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
