Posted May 17, 2021 (edited) I got this case in a trade, and I moved my PC into it. Everything works fine, but the fans will not light up. They spin but have no lights. I have checked every wire and am getting 5v and 12v in the respective pins. I did not hook the control board up to the mobo (PRIME Z270-K), because it is not compatible. Does this have to be done even if my mobo does not support the Thermaltake system? Thanks Edited May 17, 2021 by TheCoachStone Added deleted word

Posted May 18, 2021 Try unplugging the reset button from the control board there and just jump the two pins on the control board where the reset is currently plugged in. Maybe the reset button is dead on the case

Maybe the reset button is dead on the case I did and it works. I even tried it with a standalone power button.
