Low Download Speeds

Hi, I want to download Call Of Duty : WWII Cracked, don't worry its not a virus, BUT, the speed is stuck at 1 MB/sec, currently i am using a 40 Mbps Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, I speedtest my Wi-Fi before downloading and as expected it hit 42 Mbps, but in the download it just stuck at 1MB/sec, which is around 6 Mbps, that's slow if you have a 40 Mbps wifi. I am using IDM, and also i have configured IDM to hit the max download speed as possible, maybe this is a server issue? because it hits 5 MB/Sec last time i downloaded the other game?
