Gpu fan not spinning after software update

Hey guys my gpu's fan not spinning i think it's started after i installed latest nvidia driver and I can't solve this.

I tried to force it using msi afterburner but it's not working while in bios its working perfectly normal and in safe boot its working normally too

I need help and sorry for my bas English

My GPU fans don't spin unless a certain temperature is reached.  Can you run something like furmark briefly to guarantee the GPU is heating up and verify the fan still doesn't come on (without MSI afterburner, i.e. no custom fan curves, just let the GPU manage itself)?
