P.S: This was so painful to make, b/c I used GIMP instead of PS, b/c I'm poor.

Also I know that it's slow, but as far as I know, I can't speed it up ?

Idk what's wrong with me (Source: Sony Spon-ed TV setup, rCASed to 3840x2160 and back to 1280x720)

 

P.S: I really love Liquid Rescale for single images, especially when I want to resize only a specific area. It's a nightmare to work with when animating CAS/rCAS though.

Yes, as far as I know, it's available on PS (by default, I believe) and on GIMP (with a plugin called Liquid Rescale)

I used to have a program for editing gifs at a more basic level.  You could do things like set the duration of each frame (gifs work using a duration per frame rather than a uniform framerate like videos in case anyone didn't know).  I know photoshop also has this feature, but hopefully you can find something else.  If you do, that would be how you can speed it up :)
