I cracked and bought a prebuilt with a 3060 in it, did I get a good deal?

Context: I built my current PC in August 2016 and have been waiting to upgrade since I heard the 3060 announcement in 2020. I found this prebuilt PC on scan.co.uk for £1029. It has the EVGA 3060 gaming (not the black version) which I like, I checked the price of all the components and roughly it looks like I pay £500-550 for the GPU, which beats the current scalper prices by quite a bit. I only want to do 1080p gaming on it. What do you think, did I get scammed?

Based on the GPU situation, yeah, seems like a good deal to me. The CPU isn't incredible though, but definitely not bad at all either. As far as I know, scan is a pretty reputable site, and the prices you paid seems reasonably in line with what you got, so I wouldn't worry.

You bought a 3060 for less than a 3090 msrp. Its a good deal.

no id suggest parting out all of the other parts and building a system around it.

I could use some help with this!
