No, there is no benefit unless you're having issues that can be traced and identified in a BIOS update fix.

Using an r5 2600 and Tomahawk Max. Have not updated since Late 2020. Is there any benefit to updating it now? I looked it up but could not understand if I should update the bios.

Not right now at least. In the past, updating did fix some random crashing and stuttering.
