Because their usename is longer than most.

Browser, version and OS:

Chrome (desktop site), iPad OS 14.3,

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

View someone's profile, and options are in the back. Went to profile from PM

What happened?

Buttons went to background

What did you expect to happen?

Buttons on foreground where it should be

Link to a page where it happened, if applicable:

Screenshots of the issue, if applicable:

Any other relevant details:

Refreshing the page does not solve the issue

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?

It looks like your screen is just slightly too small to fit the buttons on the same row, so they wrapped to the next line. It's not obvious to me how we could handle that better - perhaps we could start ellipsizing things, but that ends up getting pretty nasty and risks breaking other things, so I don't think it's worth it at the moment.

it's a pretty easy css fix. Sometimes its on foreground, sometimes its in background. I can see why things might break with things like that. MOST of the time its on the foreground

That wouldn't solve the problem, just change it
