some fan controller software?

I use ai suite but I don't like the fact that the cpu fan ports are considered as one fan, i would like to have controll for each one

 

futhermore fans seems to be adjusted in base of the cpu temp, without taking in consideration the gpu, while in reality I do use most of my case fans to cool the gpu
