AMDGPU OD Setting is less than minium allowed?

Does anyone know how to adjust the amdgpu: OD Setting on Linux? I keep getting this spammed after waking from sleep.

I tried to dig through the Arch Wiki but couldn't find anything relevant, but maybe I am overlooking it.

Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

 

I do use CoreCtrl to drop the Memory Frequency by 25 MHz for stability reasons.

The Kernel is 5.11.15 - Release April 16, 2021. It's a recent kernel.
