How does One RMA Asus GPU in uk

So I have an Asus Phoenix 1660 OC edition graphics card which was bought as part of a prebuilt in October 2019, the warranty for the pc was one year and so ended October 2020. The graphics card suddenly stopped working 😞 (it is definitely the graphics card and I can't check the gpu itself cause it would void the warranty if I unscrewed that back off). So I decided it was probably a good idea to see if it was inside the manufactures warranty. Which it was ( 3 year warranty and was bought in Sep 2019). So I go onto Asus and try and RMA the card I get up to the part where I need to put in the details for the RMA letter, however I realise I am on the US site and need to be on the UK or European site. I swap to that one and try the same process except this time my serial number is apparently not valid. I am pretty sure that is because (and I checked another forum that confirmed this) that the site doesn't support GPU at the moment to RMA. So how am I suppose to replace my faulty graphics card that is under warranty when the European site won't allow me to . I have also logged into the Asus account and I have set up my card on their system but I couldn't see anywhere to RMA from there.

What kind of prebuilt is it? If it's from the major OEMs (Dell, HP,...) it'll be an OEM card and likely only covered as part of the whole PC's warranty, not individually and directly from Asus (hence the invalid serial).
