What happened?

The "something ago someone said" thing displayed the wrong time

 

What did you expect to happen?

display the correct time

I might be wrong here but if a post is newer than 30 sec it shows as "just now" and while quoting it will round that up to a minute. I'll repeat, I dont see a bug here.
