UK mobile data on Sony k770i

Jezzdabezz

I recently decided I wanted to use a old Sony k770i to try and stop myself from using my poco x3 nfc too often. I put my sim in and turned it on and fired up opera and it refused to connect! can someone tell me the settings I need to use?

No, you need to get those settings from your mobile provider.

Thanks for reading all this by the way!

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.

could it be about the apn settings on your phone ? If I remember every provider puts the apn credentials on their website, search for the sim provider and add "apn settings"

in the search, and you should find them.

In your phones Settings go to Connectivity then Data comm and select Data accounts there you can create a new account and paste in the APN information of your provider

is this the correct one? https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/mobile-phone-and-voicemail-settings/

Yes - use the details provided in the "what are the APN settings for my phone" section.
