I3 10100f+GT1030 or R5 3400G (vega11) ??

Which one would be better?

 

Budget (including currency): 3500 BRL

Country: Brazil

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: General Gaming... (Guild wars 2... Shadow of War... FF XV [probably will run on low I think...] F1 2020... ECO system)

Other details: (existing parts lists:building a desktop from zero..., whether any peripherals are needed: no need for new peripherals, what you're upgrading from:upgrading from a lenovo laptop with a 4500U CPU and 820m GPU, when you're going to buy: hopefully this week, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at: 2560x1080)

in here it would be roughly the same price... also Have in mind that desktop will only be used until this PC PART hell ends or until I get a new laptop (Helios 300 or new Acer nitro 5) in the end of the year.

well vega 11 is supposedly as good as gt1030 so i would go with the 10100F build, its better and cheaper

3400g is hella overpriced, would just get a 10400 and use integrated graphics.

the vega11 has similar performance to the 1030.

the 10100f has better cpu performance than the 3400g.

 

so if price is equal, go for the 10100f

Ignore the PCpartpicker pricing, just used it to get an easy to look chart of the parts I've saw available, the price of those are basicly the same

Vega 11 appears to be a LOT better than the UHD Graphics 630 that comes with 10400 tho.

yeah thats what I was thinking, specially cuz with vega 11 I would "lose" some RAM to the GPU, and using the 1030 the 16gb would be available

also yeah, the pricing is basicly the same roughly 3500 BRL
