Affordable cases with side fan

I'm looking for something under 60 dollars with side fans. Size is mid or micro tower. Certainly not ITX or full tower. I already have my own fans so it doesn't need pre-applied fans.

Yes. I don't need tempered glass or acrylic. But I'm looking into the possibility of having side panel fans.

I know that Golden Field makes a lot of cases with side fan mounts, but most of them are very budget oriented (around $10 in China)

Some of the old Fractal Design Core 1000/1100 have mounts for a fan on the side panel. Ive had one of those for my personal build. Its a bit cramped, but it still worked great! You got 1 mount in the front, 1 back, and 1 on the side panel, so positive pressure is accesible. 

EDIT: also forgot to mention that the front panel often have a built in dust filter!

 

EDIT 2: Some of the cases in the Fractal Design Define series doesnt just have mounts for fans on the side panel, they also have built in sound proofing here and there.

Cougar MX330-X no window slim 120mm fans only low cpu cooler height
