PC shuts down randomly

I recently upgraded my pc and after I installed a new Motherboard and CPU it randomly shuts down when I'm playing. The screen just goes black and immediately starts to post again. This only happens when I'm playing a video game such as Rainbow Six Siege. I have checked connections and reseated the RAM. CPU temps are at 60 degrees Celsius at time of crash. I have disabled windows restart. Everything is at stock speeds. I do not know where to go from here.
