Cooler for i7 9700F

That doesn't require me to remove the motherboard.

 

I completed my build.  So far the highest temp I'm seeing with the Intel cooler is 68C.

That ok with the crap stock cooler?

 

I'd like to get a better cooler but not willing to rip out the board for the bottom brace.  Any recomendations?

Up to $30.

If that's what you're getting after a few minutes at 100% load, yeah that's great. 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
