Overkill.
You could do 1440p 144/165Hz without breaking a sweat with that hardware.
If your focus is gaming and you can find the parts at a reasonable price (good luck...) I'd consider lowering the CPU to an i7 and upping the GPU to a 3080.
If you want to stick to 1080p, then an i7 and a 3060/Ti would be quite enough.
