Quieter CPU cooler then the one i am currently using?

     I am looking a quieter and possibly better cpu cooler then the one I am currently using.

I have a Cooler Master MasterLiquid LC240E there is no problems with the cooling as the cpu (an i7-9700k) has never gone over 80°c in most cases the highest it will go while gaming is 75°c - 78°c.

The only problem I am having is that the fans are really loud and fills my anxiety ridden brain with doubts.

     Any help would be appreciated.

Just buy new fans then, if you want quiet go noctua.

This, but some of that noise may be pump noise as well.
