Searching for best 1440p gaming monitor with good colour accuracy

Etrabon

I am searching for a new gaming monitor. I'm pretty sure I know what I want having had a Dell S2716DG for about 5 years now.

The monitor should be 27 inches, 2560x1440, as colour accurate as possible (I like to do photo editing and logo creation as a hobby), more than 144Hz, not curved, and of course fast response times.

I do a lot of gaming between studying engineering, but I am having a hard time searching for new stuff like a monitor right now because finals are coming up.

I think a very good monitor should be the Asus TUF VG27AQL1A

Does anyone know if that's a good choice or if there is a better alternative?

Any help in this matter is very appreciated.

I personally use the LG 27GL850-B monitor. Its one of the very best you can buy with only a few that may beat it out in very niche sections/categories. Here is the best indepth review of the monitor that I have seen.

The ASUS TUF VG27AQ is a very good one. It has good accurate colors bc of the IPS panel, however, it isn't the best for dark rooms because for the contrast ratio. According to RTINGS, it also has low input lag.

my signiture was cool, but its a lie now
