I have a problem, I assembled my new PC today, with AMD Ryzen 9 5900; ASUS X570-E; G.Skill Trident Z; NZXT Kraken X73 and Gigabyte P850GM 850W.
And when the finished assembled I wanted to turn it on, but it has not responded, means the motherbort is after turning on the power supply and pressing the power button, nothing lit up on motherboard. and also otherwise there was no reaction, except for a whirring of the PS.
I have already checked all the cables and the one I could exchanged also I tried another power cable. I will try it on Monday with another power supply.
Does anyone have any other ideas on what else it could be or where the error could be if it is not the power supply.

Possibly outdated BIOS on the X570 motherboard, do you have any other ryzen based CPU or computer stores near you with one?

The motherboard has BIOS flashback.

OP, you'll need to update your BIOS via the BIOS flashback button on the back.

Here's how:

Not exactly, the motherboard will still light up but it won't finish a POST (it wouldn't anyway since no GPU is installed either) if the BIOS is out of date.

I suspect the front panel isn't connected properly or a cable isn't fully seated.

Wondering if the power button is potentially not connected correctly. Have you tried jumping the power connectors with a screwdriver?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?
