i dont get it , a console gamer usually resupply some games regularly, meaning he is actually spending on games or even dlc , game pass etc

cost wise it isnt anywhere cheaper than pc hardware in long term

( also if he plays crack games , cost of pc will be even lower)

i think a family should at least got 1 working pc, so kb.m isnt need as gift, same as monitor

 

 

my thoughts on giving him a pc is to find a good excuse 

eg i just upgraded my pc and give you old pc , so he isnt thinking in weird direction
