I think it's slated to come out after Half Life 3 drops.  Might come out slightly before Star Wars 1313 though, if we're lucky.

I'm sure they're working on it, but it's by no means a priority to get it out the door. They're making more than enough with GTA 5.

GTA VI is probably just as far away as Elder Scrols VI.

It's not like they're not thinking about it, or working on it; it's just those games are pretty big events, so they really do take their time on it.

How GTA VI will be, I am not sure though. GTA V already had a lack of single-player content, especially compared to the previous 3D GTA games and with the success that is GTA Online, I can only imagine they'll put more emphasis on that (my hopes for a single-player DLC in GTA VI are minimal).
