which partition type for SSD for install OS

Hello today I installed my new SSD in my laptop  to install windows.

but I don't know which partition select MBR or GPT and I also want to dual boot ubuntu with windows can you suggest me which partition type should I chose.

imo always go for GPT if your hardware supports it.

It depends on if you have a uefi or bios.

I could use some help with this!
