Is my NVME temp high, or it's just the meter? And I also need heatsink recommendation for it

I have a new Samsung 970 Evo (Not Plus). The Magician shows 50C, with "high" under. I'm not sure if it just says high to show that the red color at the end of the scale means high, or it's currently high (Because the arrow is on the blue color)

I would also like a recommendation for a heatsink. if possible without adhesive so that I can remove it whenever

50C for an NVMe is nothing to worry about. They'll typically start to throttle at around 70C, but until that it's perfectly fine. You don't need a heatsink.

Thanks - it's currently in idle though. What's the best way to stress it and see how it does under load? Copy some large file or some large sized folder with many small files?

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

For NVMe heatsink I can recommend the EKwb ones. I got one of them back in the day. They look decent enough, especially for the price and have a variety of colors from which to chose.
