Red dragon M801-rgb issues

so i have this M801-rgb mouse and i can't get the software working still waiting for the company to get back to me but they are taking forever i did do a return and got a replacement but still doing it i love the mouse but the software works but i can't turn off the led or change the mode or color and you can but for some reason its not working i think its software related cause if you go to the other website and find the mouse and click download it says no file for the driver or the manual \

then if i go to the main website and go to downloads and find my mouse its there and it works but the software dont fully work keep in mind i can change other settings but nothing with LED
