Panning shots in movies look jittery on my 144hz monitor. Any tips to reduce this?

Hi, I have an Asus VG249q monitor running at 120hz. When there is a panning shot in a 24fps content (like a movie), objects look jittery and its causes me motion sickness. What do you think causes this and is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks!
Edit: I don't have any overdrive setting enabled.

there might be alot of overshoot happening, try lowering the monitor to 24/60hz and see if it helps. I lower my refresh rate when watching movies. All overdrives off

Hi I have the same problem on the same monitor. Did you find a solution? If so please share, the jitter is really driving me crazy. I actually made an account here just because of this

Its monitor not a TV. It doesnt have processing , so no interpolation / motion smoothing.

 

Best bet, interpolate the video files ur watching urself to 60fps and then run ur monitor at 60hz when watching the movie.
