Windows, is broken.? OS wont search for updates, Microsoft store won't work, xbox apps won't work.

I've had this problem once before, after installing a game on the Xbox PC game pass, I noticed it would not launch. I reinstalled it and everything just broke, the buttons wouldn't work, couldn't install any games, play already installed games. 

Windows updates wouldn't find updates, it gets stuck on searching for updates and then the window freezes. The Microsoft store will not work, wont download, wont update, wont delete. Everything Microsoft just, broke. 

I fixed it by reinstalling the OS, and everything was fine.

But it just happened again after a couple months.

I've tried many things I've found on forums, cleaning disk, command line scan thing, disabling antivirus anything.  I don't understand how this happens. 

Any ideas?
