Please help! Not booting!

Iphone5cisthebest

I overclocked my ram way too much (4000Mhz from 3000Mhz) and now my system wont boot! What do I do!? The VGA red light is on.

pull the cmos battery or reset your bios, there's probably a button or a couple of pins on the board you can short to do so

The pc keeps shutting down and going back up? Is it that my motherboard is dead?

As was said, have you removed the CMOS battery and shorted the CMOS clear pins

I dont know how to do that, my motherboard has a plus thing button, what is that?

This is what you're looking for

Just remove it, make sure your computer is not plugged in, wait for a few minutes and put things back.

Usually its enough to just short the cmos pins when pc is off. I put my reset button on those pins when playing with oc.
