If you are able to build it, if you are confident and have had a play around and know what you are doing go for building your own, try a build like this (https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/) but try to chip in the extra $150 (aprox) i only added a 3000 series cpu as the stock cooler is better than a 2000 series for example and ofc saves money but is good for stable streaming and gaming, on the other hand i added a 1660 as this is a really good gpu but try go for a 1660 super bcs in my area i cannot find any prices, i would not recommend going for 1660 ti as its basically a more expensive super, hope this helped a little:)

This should be good
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F 2.9 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($140.99 @ Newegg)  I chose this because if you want to stream you will need more then 4 cores, and this is cheaper then a ryzen 2600 or 1600af and will have better gameing performance.
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($29.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B460M DS3H Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard  ($99.99 @ Newegg)

Storage: Western Digital Blue 500 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive  ($59.99 @ Lenovo)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8 GB Founders Edition Video Card  ($375.00 USED. If  you arn’t comfortable  buying used, you should get a prebuilt, because the new market is just so bad right now that a prebuilt is a better new option.
Case: DIYPC Solo-T2-BK Black USB 3.0 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($28.99 @ Newegg) I
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply  ($47.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $852.93
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Doesn’t look that bad, except for the PSU. That thing is a ticking time bomb.

geometry is hard

Yhea. You should get a better 600w unit. I started with a ultra budget build and forgot to change the PSU.

My primary system: Core I7 10700k, 32 gb Trident Z RGB ram@3200mhz, EVGA GTX 970 SSC (will upgrade), NZXT N7 Z490 motherboard (Black), Samsung 970 Evo plus 1TB SSD, NZXT C850 PSU, Hyper 212 EVO cooler (getting new water cooler soon), NZXT H510i case.

16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16-395zł
Dysk SSD HP SATA 32GB SATA 6G M.2 2230-25zł (Win 10 uses only ~20GB)
