HELP video's on my display is unbearable to watch

so I recently bought a monitor and whenever I watch a yt video or Netflix the moving parts in the video seems to be jittering

 

Some info

I am using a Lenovo laptop via HDMI it has a R5 3500u and Vega 8 graphics (integrated)

the monitor I am using is a LG 24MK600M 24"

I seriously cant live with this but it only happens in videos never in games so please help thank you

That's nothing you can fix. it might be a thing with the integrated Vega graphics. have you tried changing setting from a *performance* mode to a *quality* mode?
