(RX580) In some games GPU usage drops drastically when I move my mouse (see spikes in the image), making it lag as hell. What could the problem be?

I tried to update GPU drivers, updating windows but nothing worked. I also set the system to performance in power settings, but still didn't help. This is annoying cause I can't play some games

Try disabling the Xbox game bar and then check if it shows the same kind of spikes in task manager.

If you are using a high polling rate mouse, try reducing the polling rate. I saw some weird lag and fps drops when running at 1000 Hz. Drop it to 250 Hz, practically gone. Note this doesn't affect every game, but some seem affected.

What are your full system specifications??? Both CPU and GPU seem to be heavily utilized. Have you tried turning down the graphical settings and try again?
