Noise from speakers when GPU is load?

Val24
Go to solution Solved by Val24,

I changed my power supply
the noise stopped.

Hello I am having a problem.
When the video card is loaded in games, noise appears in the speakers. I changed the speakers, but the problem persists.
I also rolled back and reinstalled the video driver, it did not give any result.

If Vert-sync enable, the noise disappears but not everywhere in games, when I move the mouse, the tonality and intensity of the noise changes.
Until recently this problem did not exist, I did not add or change hardware.

The noise is heard from the video card, it is not strong I know about the coil whine,
but why it became audible in the speakers

I made videos from games Hell let Loose and RDR 2, but my phone is not very good at it.  Link on GD Hell let loose, RDR 2
I also made an audio recording on the PC microphone from the game RDR 2. Link on GD Sound only RDR 2 very noisy!!!

I  found some graphic artifacts

link RDR 2 artifact

Help me please determine what the problem is I am worried about my hardware.

My system:
Processor: Ryzen 2700x
Motherboard: Asus x470 prime pro
Video card: rtx 2070
Power supply: be quiet System power 9 700w
windows 10 x64 20h2

P.S. Sorry for my English.

I'd honestly say that thats a really bad coil whine. You probably did check the fans right? It could be the bearing or something but i'd doubt it, its most likely the coil whine (never heard one like that ever).

Thanks for answering.

The sound of the video card itself is not a problem; it is quiet. I tried to record it, but the noise of the coolers of the case  drowns it out,
Worry that he started being transmitted to the speakers

Sound only RDR 2 very noisy!!! link this is the sound from the speakers during the game.

Some people suggested that it might be the capacitors in the power supply unit are not working properly.
I want to know what is the problem with the video card or power supply or something else?

thats a recent driver issue... you need to set DX12 API to fix that i think. Or just revert to the previous version like i did just now.

Thank you for your help. 😀

Rolling back the driver to version 460.89 really helped with artifacts.
I contacted gigabyte esupport, they advised me to use the DDU program, which I did this reduced the noise in the speakers, but did not remove it at all.

Gigabyte esupport suggested that it might be a power supply (high ripple).

Sound recorded on microphone is slightly exaggerated!

Sound from the speakers Noise from speakers
Sound from the video card coil whine

I have no other power supply. Is it possible to check it somehow with some programs?
