6800xt low gpu usage and low power while gaming

sapphire nitro+ 6800xt recently started having bad performance from what ive noticed it looked like gpu usage and gpu power was low. playing warzone my gpu util would stay under 50% and gpu pwr stayed under 150w. when i run test its show gpu usage in 90s and power over 200w only notice problem while gaming

 

 sapphire nitro+ 6800xt

5600x

x570 pro wifi

32gb ram 4400mhz

1000w psu

What is your monitor resolution and size (inches)?

Monitor size is totally irrelevant. Only resolution matters. There are 1080p monitors that are 7 inches and there are 1080p monitors that are 32 inches and your GPU pushes the same number of pixels.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

monitor is aorus 27in 1140. ran fine the 1st month i had the card and haven't changed any settings

the last image is warzone in 1080, the 3rd is warzone in 1440, 2nd is results during stress test
