Good 43'' tv under 300USD

I'm looking for a 43'' (no more no less) TV preferably 4k. A smart TV would be nice but I don't want to sacrifice display qaulity for it. Open to further questions, thanks in advance!

TCL has one that's consistently one of the lowest priced options at that size. I have one and it's great. Picture quality's great in my opinion, and audio's good enough that until you reach a certain price point, soundbars won't give much of an improvement.

I'm spending ~500USD on a speaker setup so audio is not a priority I only care about picture qaulity.
