No Audio at 75hz refresh rate with DisplayPort

Hi guys,

I have an LG 29UM68-P monitor hooked up to my 2020 MacBook Air with a DisplayPort. I get audio at 60hz refresh rate but once I switch to 75hz, no audio.

I am using this cable:

im guessing its the macbook air. it not fully supporting or "maybe" a driver glitch

Yah Im not sure. 75hz works fine when I hook a windows computer up to it. Was wondering if it was the monitor or cable's fault but it's the Macbook. Cant figure out if there is some sort of work around. I can run 75hz at a lower resolution on HDMI and get audio. Just weird.
