Using dual PSU do they have to be the same ?

Hello, I am about to use dual psu for my mining rig, do they have to be the same or it doesnt matter ? I would use appropriate adapter. Thanks

That adapter only makes sure that PSU2 is powered when PSU1 is powered via motherboard. You can use different PSUs but make sure to pick a appropriate ones.
