CPU Cooling on a budget

I just recently built my first PC with a Ryzen 5 3600, and I would like to buy a better cooler than the Wraith Stealth, any suggestions? 

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @3.8 Ghz. -  Gigabyte B450 Aorus M - Asus TUF Gaming GTX 1660 SUPER 06G - GSKill Ripjaws V 16gb 2x8gb DDR4 @3200 Mhz. - Inland Premium 512gb NVMe SSD - Rose will RD 450 Watt 80+ - DIYPC s2-BK-RGB ATX Mid-tower case.

Sorry I forgot to mention, pretty limited budget, <40 USD

This probably won't work, it's 157mm tall, and my case's clearance is EXACLTLY 157mm, don't really ant to take that risk
