How do I kill myself in DayZ? I'm stuck under a building and no way to get out.

I've been stuck in houses/walls before. Had to run at the wall/door/window, hit V so the action would take place, then logged out as fast as possible. Log back in and you're usually on the "normal" side of whatever you were stuck in. Has worked multiple times for myself and friends.

Logout as close to the side of the building as possible. When I got stuck I did that a few times and eventually appeared outside
