Budget (including currency): $ 250-400

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Media (YouTube Mostly) music (streamed to a receiver/stereo)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 60hz, 1080p. No Gaming.

A Cheap phone + Cables for Quality TV Casting?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I wanted to use it for things a phone simply cannot do. Its to replace an older pc that's using ddr2.

For this honestly a 100$ prebuilt refurbished dell or hp tower would work, if performance drops could add a gpu on the cheaper side
