I got the Lian Li Lancool 215 and I don't understand RGB..

I guess I wanna jump on the RGB bandwagon, but what are these? They scare me 😄

Seriously, can these 3 additional fan headers be connected to RGB fans that can be controlled by the built-in fan hub and front panel switch? Which fans should I get for that?

I have the B550 Aorus Elite MB, and it does have a couple of fan headers for RGB, but I'd rather control everything from the front panel, if possible. The gigabyte software is horrible.

And if you look at the manual, there is a splitter off one of the cables to go to a 3-pin LED strip or other RGB 3-pin device.

If that makes sense. LOL

I moved my son into the Lancool 215 case. it was a HUGE upgrade for cooling from the MSI Skeria 500X I had put him in at the start. (my own fault for not researching the thermal performance before I went to buy it at Best Buy.

OK, so no RGB control via the top panel LED control button through the 3 fan headers to the left, right? Just basic fans?

How many, or what type of RGB fans can I connect through this splitter? Would they be controllable via the front panel button?

I basically want to avoid the use of the Gigabyte software and control everything from the top panel LED button, without additional fan hubs.

Which splitter would you recommend? And what type of RGB fans works best here?
