Sony: Have the screen technology we (public) not even seen yet...

Microsoft R&D: Have some wikid stuff but not sure if anything they can use here in VR

Oculus: Lucky promising manufacutrers a huge profit.

 

If they stick to their platforms then all will win... if they cross then I predict Oculus having a sudden death. MS could wipe them out quite easily. On the other hand Sony with their tech in displays etc, if they choose to push to pc markets and ps3/4 would have an advantage over all.. Unless... A deal is made where MS/Sony/Oculus have access to display tech which responds faster and has a higher pixel density than the human eye lol (piss take)..... Who knows...... 

 

I want the universe, I got the earth.... I'm always disappointed...

 

 

But, if Oculus I think it may be 1st come win on this one, well I'm not sure on that anymore (was once feasible)... Oculus have been thinking about PS support as well as PC (things I've read over the years waiting for Oculus)... And we all know PC = XBox and Xbmix = pc...       Market here is about to cut a lot.....   DANGER DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE.....

We've been playing with VR technology for quite a while

yeah.. right.  They probably started working on it yesterday. When they noticed that people are interested in VR

I think it will be a really good combo with Kinect (if its solely for the console). Now we just need developers to actually utilize those two devices to their full potential.

If they did that. they'd definitely try to make Oculus work in their favor. I hope microsoft doesn't fund Oculus, I prefer they make their own VR platform and just up and fail.
