i have 16gb 2666 mhz ram. it is just a green stck no heatsink or rgb. Shoud i buy a heatsink for it or is it normal?i have 1 16gb stick

The heat output shouldn't normally be a concern. Maybe if you have a microwave case, but in most circumstances ram Isn't currently hot enough for you to need to take active action and try to cool it. Plus, It's very difficult to put heatsinks on ram that ship without it.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Heat spreaders on RAM are mainly for looks.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

i think the chips on the ram and timings are more imported to the heat spreaders. thow they been marked towards games for years. linus did a video on ram heat i think and max ram size

thow hardcore overclockers will beg to differ if the only gole is to get a hi score on a from and dont care if you kill your hardware then w/e i no ram in servers all have air flowing aroubnd it but they also get used 24/7 100% even then they dont have heatspreders on them most of the time.

but there's also the silacane lottery to take in to account.
