The two reading absurdly high are just misreporting for some reason or another. No need to worry about it.

I doubt it. The only things that wouldn't thermally shut down by that point are VRMs, and by that point they'd be throttling incredibly hard.

The fact that they're completely steady at that high number is further evidence that they're not actual readings that you need to worry about. If they were steadily rising after boot up, or spiking and falling that might be more cause for concern.
