How can i use dual 3060ti, as it is cheap to buy dual 3060ti (595 usd each) in India than single 3080(1845 usd each).

SLI is basically dead don't buy 2 and SLi them

If you mean for gaming, then you can't. Neither the 3060 or the 3060Ti supports SLI.

Only RTX 3090 supports SLI.

Multi GPU for gaming is done and most games now don't support it.

Don't even consider SLI, very few games utilise it anymore. Linus did a video on it and I think he mentioned that there were less than 12 games that use it
