Linus, you need to do updates on your projects

over the years some projects got me interested. The one I am most interested in was the central PC with long HDMI and fiber to solve getting a usb port to another location.

Now that is has been some time how are things working? find something different? better anything else?

I am sure other projects could use a update on the status here and there.

that project is long over, and people got their answer, it works, but not great. 

also the channel as a whole has changed, it seems as the audience widened, LTT decided "no more interesting projects, let's find stuff that caters to gamers."

interesting projects are basically a thing of the past now. their now mostly gamer boi audience is not interested in optical cables or other practical things. they wanna see big numbers, so LTT is now more focused than ever on making stupid builds with Epyc cpu's just so they can put high core numbers in the thumbnail.
