Will a Ryzen 5 3600X be enough to run VR games such as Beat Saber and Boneworks?

I am asking this as i have recently built my computer, and wondering if I can run VR games to try out on my computer. any answers would be appreciated

I should do. I have an RTX 2060. I also did run SteamVR are you ready for index thing and it said I was all good to run VR games
