You are sending the PC audio instead of the MIC

What software do you use for voice chat?

Have you tried plugging a different headset?

Or if you don't have any, try keeping the mic plugged in but connect something else in the motherboard's audio out jack, like phone earbuds or whatever, and try playing music - does it activate the microphone?

I just tested an old headset and it works fine but my current headset seems to be the issue and i need to find a solution for it <...>

Problem is, if it only happens with the current headset, well... I hope it falls under warranty. Either something is wrong with it, or it's just a really bad product.

sounds like cross talk or bad seal. but if you have been working on it for a whole adn tried everything cross talk within the headset itself seems to be the issue
